For your consideration is an exceptional, museum-quality pair of authentic 1950s French ceramic oil and vinegar ("Huile" & "Vinaigre") cruet bottles by the legendary French modernist master ceramicist, Pol Chambost.
Both pieces are fully authenticated, featuring the incised "Poterie Pol Chambost · France" signature on the underside of the base.
This investment-grade set is 100% complete with both of its original matching spherical ceramic cork stoppers—a configuration that is incredibly scarce to find intact on the secondary market.
Design Elements:- "Huile" (Oil) bottle features a vibrant high-gloss canary yellow glaze.- "Vinaigre" (Vinegar) bottle features a deep, glossy oxblood red glaze.- Both bottles exhibit raised, shield-shaped cream-white modernist labels with clean black typography.
