Built in West Germany and distributed by Scherl & Roth, this instrument is patterned after historic Antonius Stradivarius dimensions (\"Strad Copy\"). 1950s models from this workshop are highly regarded for utilizing traditional oil varnishes and better-aged tone woods compared to later mass-produced models from the 70s and 80s. This violin can sell for around $1500 at violin shops. It would be perfect for an advancing student or adult hobbyist looking for a quality vintage instrument at an entry level price.
