Vintage A-style mandolin from the 1950s–60s era, consistent with Chicago-built budget instruments of the period (Kay/Harmony style). No visible maker\'s stamp or label was found, so it\'s sold as unbranded.
Features: pear-shaped body with dual f-holes, multi-ply binding on top and back, Gibson-style scalloped headstock, 4-on-a-plate tuners, raised black pickguard with side bracket, adjustable two-piece rosewood bridge, and chrome cover tailpiece.
Condition: honest vintage wear, shown in photos. There\'s finish wear and small chips along the f-hole edges and the headstock edges. The bridge saddle shows string wear and an extra cut slot. The tailpiece cover has pitting and plating wear. One tuner button differs slightly from the others. The case is structurally sound, with scuffs and peeling covering at the edges and corners.
Comes in the vintage alligator-pattern chipboard case. Please review all photos. Sold as shown.
