Beautiful vintage Susan Gail handbag, made in Italy and dating to approximately the 1960s.
This distinctive little handbag has a glossy black patent-leather exterior with an unusual woven design of cognac-colored leather strips and silver-tone twisted chain threaded through metal eyelets. The combination gives the bag a wonderfully graphic, mid-century look.
The bag has a structured shape, a black leather shoulder strap, silver-tone hardware, and a warm tan leather interior with a zippered compartment. The interior is stamped \"Susan Gail – Made in Italy – Genuine Leather.\"
