Vintage 1980’s Pinarello Record Italian Road Racing Bicycle Bike For Sale

The nice item you’re considering is a Vintage 1980’s Pinarello Record Italian Road Racing Bicycle Bike. This quality bike by Pinarello, is , I believe, the Record model but I’m not positive so please examine my photos carefully to determine for yourself. The bike measures approximately 22” (approx 56cm) from center crank to center top tube/seat tube junction and 22” center to center across the top tube. The bike sports an Avocet crank, Campagnolo brakes and brake levers, Campagnolo front and rear derailleurs, Campy down tube shift levers, campy hubs laced to Mavic clincher rims and Campy dropouts/fork ends on the frame/fork. The saddle is a vintage Turbo although it’s a bit torn up on the side. Freewheel is a seven speed (seven cogs). Headset, stem and bars are vintage Specialized. The original tires are falling apart and all consumables will likely need to be replaced. Cosmetically, the bike suffers from the typical period Pinarello paint and decal problems, with the decals gone and the paint faded. The bike shows some minor spotty oxidation but nothing bad and no dings or dents. The socket for the seat post bolt looks worn and now uses a jived-up quick release.
