Detailed Description:
Up for sale is a wonderfully preserved, complete piece of Jim Henson movie history: the 1982 The Dark Crystal Read-Along Adventure. This vintage set features a 24-page full-color storybook packed with photos from the original motion picture, paired with its matching 7-inch vinyl record.
Please note that like most Buena Vista children's records from this era, it is pressed on vintage styrene/thin vinyl, meaning light surface static/crackle is naturally present when played. However, the record plays through entirely without skips or deep pops.
This is a fantastic addition for any vintage fantasy fan, puppet enthusiast, or Jim Henson collector.
