This is the large video-store advertising poster for the Paramount VHS/Beta release, with the original“$39.95 Suggested Retail,” VHS Hi-Fi / Beta Hi-Fi and Paramount Home Videoadvertising printed directly on the poster.
Dont Look Backwas filmed during Dylan’s 1965 tour of England and originally released theatrically in 1967. Paramount released the film on home video in 1986. The stark black, white and pink design makes this a great piece of early home-video history as well as Bob Dylan memorabilia.
This copy has clearly lived a life. There is substantial edge wear and loss, creasing throughout, tears, surface wear and old tape/tape residue. I’ve photographed the condition closely rather than trying to improve or restore it.
