Up for sale is an incredibly rare, 100% authentic 1986 first edition Cuban cinema poster designed by the legendary graphic master Eduardo Muñoz Bachs. This screenprint commemorates the 25th Anniversary of the "Cine Móvil" (Mobile Cinema) program and features his iconic depiction of Charlie Chaplin driving a filmstrip scooter.
This is NOT a modern commercial reprint or a digital copy. It was purchased directly from the original owner who acquired it in 1986. It features all the definitive markers of a true, period-correct Cuban ICAIC first-edition print:
* The Paper: Printed on the historically accurate, very thin, rough, uncoated Cuban paper stock used during the mid-1980s material shortages. It has a beautiful, natural light-yellowing age.
* The Back: Features visible manual green ink bleed-through and hand-pulled paint smudges on the reverse side—the ultimate proof of a genuine workshop silkscreen process.
* The Texture: Features light, natural rippling from the heavy drying ink on thin paper, with absolutely NO hard creases, and NO stains.
