The piece is impressed“Wisconsin Pottery / Columbus WI / 1986”and bears both an individual potter’s mark and theM.E.L. (Museum Editions Limited)authentication stamp. It was produced in the traditional Early American salt-glazed stoneware style.
Measures approximately6 3/4\" tall x 6 3/4\" in diameter at the widest part of the opening, with a4 7/8\" diameter base.
Excellent used vintage condition withno chips or cracks. As a hand-turned, hand-decorated piece, natural variations in the stoneware, salt glaze and cobalt decoration are part of its handcrafted character. Please review photos for condition and details.
