Vintage 1987 Def Jam “Bigger and Deffer” Local Crew tour t-shirt on a Hanes made-in-USA tag. This is a serious piece of early hip-hop history: Def Jam 87 on the front, BIGGER AND DEFFER Local Crew on the back, and the exact kind of backstage-issued shirt collectors actually hunt for.
This is not a reproduction. This is an original 1987 local crew issue shirt from the LL Cool J / Bigger and Deffer era, sourced from the original St. Louis stagehand collection.
The shirt is black 100% cotton with a boxy, cropped vintage fit. Graphics are bold and simple: “Def Jam 87” front chest print and large “BIGGER AND DEFFER Local Crew” typography across the back. The tag is Hanes, made in USA.
Important condition note: this shirt is THRASHED / distressed with significant storage damage. There are holes scattered throughout the front, back, and underarm areas.
