Vintage Hong Kong Cantopop songbook 《流行金曲》, inaugural first issue (創刊號), dating to circa 1987.
A wonderful piece of Hong Kong music culture from the golden era of Cantopop. The songbook contains Traditional Chinese lyrics with numbered musical notation (Jianpu), chord symbols, and musical arrangements.
Featured artists include Alan Tam (譚詠麟), Leslie Cheung (張國榮), Beyond, Jacky Cheung (張學友), Danny Chan (陳百強), Anita Mui (梅艷芳), Jackie Chan (成龍), Andy Lau (劉德華), Sandy Lam (林憶蓮), Priscilla Chan (陳慧嫻), Roman Tam (羅文), Tat Ming Pair (達明一派) and other major Hong Kong performers of the era.
