Vintage 1987 Sims Staab Pirate Skateboard Deck Independent Bullet Wheels For Sale

I purchased this skateboard from a resale shop more than 10 years ago and have kept it ever since simply because I thought it was a really cool piece. I have never ridden or otherwise used it. I do not know its history prior to my ownership.

It is being sold exactly as pictured, in found/as-is condition. No attempt has been made to clean, restore, refurbish, polish, replace or otherwise improve any part of it. I have intentionally left it alone in an effort to preserve it as close to the condition in which I found it as possible and let the new owner decide how to proceed with restoration or keeping it original.

As you’d expect for a skateboard of this age, it shows plenty of wear from its previous life. There are scratches, scuffs, fading, dirt and discoloration throughout, along with some oxidation/rust on the hardware and general wear to the deck, graphics, rails, wheels and trucks. I’ve tried to photograph the condition thoroughly, so please take a close look at the photos — they’re the best representation of what you’ll receive. I will say the graphics on the bottom are vibrant and and don't have a ton of skate damage which is really cool!

The board appears to have a mixture of vintage components, including Independent trucks and Bullet wheels. Please study the detailed photos carefully for component identification, originality and condition. I am not able to saythat every component is original to the board as manufactured, as I have no way to verify its configuration before I purchased it.

I am more than happy to provide additional photos of any particular area before purchase so ask away!.

I will also package the heck out of it with many layers of bubblewrap and padding to ensure it gets to the final destination with no transit chance of getting damaged in transit.
