Vintage 1991 Playskool Grand Victorian Dollhouse w/ Accessories Working Grill For Sale

This listing is for a vintage 1991 Playskool Grand Victorian dollhouse with some accessories (unfortunately, no family is included). Overall this is in great, vintage, pre-owned condition. The majority of the accessories are in excellent condition and I will note below any flaws that I have found.Fading - The only piece that I have seen to have fading is the dormer\'s rooftop. (This is typical of the pink plastic from back in the day. Please see photo.) Otherwise there is not any fading of the other pieces or the house itself.Railings - The railings are intact with nothing broken or cracked as far as I can tell.Tabs - The tabs holding everything together are in great condition. The house will come shipped partially dismantled so that I could pack it as economically as possible. The roof has been removed for shipping, but the screws are included.Outdoor Grill - The grill works! It makes cool grilling sounds, but will be shipped without batteries.Bedroom Nightstand - The nightstand currently does not work, but it may be a burned out bulb. The batteries that were in it were rusted, and I attempted to clean the area with baking soda and water, but still could not get it to work. Other than that, the nightstand is in excellent condition.Stickers - Some stickers are missing, but not sure how many or what. Please see photos to know what is included.Baby Buggy - In good shape, except it is missing all 4 wheels.Dining Room Table Set - The table is in great shape, but there is a chair that appears to have been chewed on by a puppy. Another chair has a black mark (magic maker?) on the seat and that may come off. Please see photos for details.Overall Scratches/Scuffs - There are a few minor scratches from play, but nothing horrible for the age of this piece. There are also a few scuffs on the roofline on one side from storage. Please see photos for details.I know it appears there may be a lot of flaws in this lot, but believe me, for a play piece of this age, it is in great condition.
