🔍 Condition & Flaw Disclosure

• Important Buyer Note: I prioritize full grading clarity. Please thoroughly check all provided high-resolution photos and utilize the magnification zoom feature to verify my exact condition findings below.
• Overall Condition: Near Mint / Factory Sealed
• Specific Flaws:
  • The notebook itself is in immaculate, pristine condition with crisp, sharp corners, flat card stock, and flawless interior pages.
  • The outer cellophane protective wrap is completely sealed and untorn across the front and rear faces.
  • The wrap shows one minor packaging anomaly: the factory plastic seal along the back flap is lifting slightly at the seam on the upper left corner edge and has folded over on itself.

• Handling: Packaged with collector-grade care and dispatched quickly via tracked shipping.
