I believe the fabric is a cotton /poly blend with a slight sheen - as if cotton sateen or taffeta , but at the same time it’s very lightweight and almost sheer.
I’ve always thought that this is a handmade piece , and tho there aren’t any tags to be found - I just can’t be 100% . Closes with a back zipper that is 21 inches and above that a hook & eye.
