Vintage 80\'s Leslie Fay Sz 14 Fleur de Lis Fox Hunt Equestrian Midi Shirt Dress For Sale

The dark navy-black ground is scattered throughout with golden fleur-de-lis motifs, while the lower skirt explodes into a wonderfully detailed traditional hunting scene with riders on horseback, hounds, trees and ornate fleur-de-lis borderwork. This same distinctive print also appears on other documented vintage Leslie Fay pieces from the 1980s.

Designed with a notched lapel-style collar, long sleeves with decorative gold-tone buttons, button-front closure and a hidden hook closure at the waist. The sculptural gold-tone buttons have an ornate rope-style border that looks fantastic against the print.

Best of all: pockets.

There are belt loops at the waist, but the original belt is no longer present. Wear it as-is for an easy vintage silhouette or add your own black, gold or leather belt to define the waist.
