This is a 1920’s dress. Not sure of the fabric, it is kind of crepey, rayon ish, Jersey ish. The top has a sheen to it. See all photos.
The belt is separated. I think that it goes around the drop waist but not positive. It has 2 snaps located at the end of the belt.
I don’t see any holes but it needs a bath! There are several stains, mostly perspiration I think.
The most distinctive thing about this dress are the 50 SMALL, FABRIC COVERED BUTTONS!! Love!
