Vintage Brooks Brothers blazer / sport coat / sport jacket. Union-made in USA (ACTWU label is too faded to read). Likely dates to the late 1970s or early 1980s. BrooksLinen was a proprietary linen and synthetic blend--it is cool and breathable like linen, but does not wrinkle like linen. Solid navy blue. Mother of pearl buttons. Half-lined.
Single-breasted blazer with notch lapels, single center vent, 3/2-roll button closure, two-button sleeves, dart-less front, welted chest pocket, flapped patch waist pockets, and swelled/welted edges throughout.
The blazer is in great vintage condition. Apart from missing the top button (behind the lapel roll), there are no notable flaws—please see photos.
