Good used vintage condition with cosmetic wear consistent with a nearly 30-year-old mountain bike frameset.
The metallic blue finish retains good overall color and gloss, with scratches, chips, scuffs, and areas of paint loss throughout. More noticeable wear is present around the rear dropouts and chainstay/bottom-bracket area. The headset hardware shows surface oxidation and age-related finish wear.
Original Cannondale graphics and Handmade in USA decal remain present. The frame also retains a period West Liberty Schwinn, Pittsburgh, PA shop decal, which is a nice piece of its history.
