No makers mark found. Based on the hardware used my guess is this is circa mid to late 50’s

In great overall condition
Missing his lower right shoe/leg as that must have broke off at some time and then the small rubber gasket that would release the coins is not there which is a super easy fix
Would look great on a desk or display shelf!
