Nice vintage piece. Looks in good shape. The spring seems intact and very moveable. I have not tested it with any wts. It is from an estate sale. There are some markings etched on the side-not sure what it means-PC200-perhaps an inventory mark or personal mark?I will be glad to provide more pictures in needed.
