Vintage Chinese export matched pair of guardian-style tiger figurines, circa 1980s–1990s. Handmade over a hard base and covered with dyed real rabbit fur, with glass eyes. One tiger faces left and the other faces right, forming a true mirror-image matching pair. Both undersides retain their original fur, which is an uncommon feature among surviving examples; one underside has white fur while the other retains tiger-patterned fur. Overall very good vintage condition with excellent fur preservation. One tiger has a small chip to an upper tooth inside the mouth; otherwise no major damage. NOT real tiger fur.
