The forged aluminum quill stem features a Cinelli Milano oval logo on the extension and a single-bolt bar clamp, suited to threaded-fork road and track bike builds using a classic Cinelli cockpit.
Mounted on the bar is a pair of drilled Shimano Dura-Ace brake levers with clamp bands, plus two small alloy lever caps supplied loose in the small plastic bag shown.

Bar and stem have numerous scratches, nicks, small dings, and scattered oxidation. Red bar tape is aged, dirty, and partially loose with darkened areas; red bar-end plugs show wear.
