Lovely vintage blue enameled cast iron Doufeu Dutch Oven, likely manufactured by Cousances before it was acquired by Le Creuset. The unique recessed lid is designed to hold ice or cold water, causing moisture inside to condense and drip back onto the food for superior slow-cooking. Constructed from durable enameled cast iron.
Good vintage condition- has some stains and scratches, but looking good for an 80 year old! I noticed a chip on the outside, but none inside. Please see pics for details.
