Small stain on front. I’m guessing it would come out with a spot treatment. But I don’t know enough about vintage clothing / fabric to attempt to remove it for risk of damaging it further Beautiful dress for a collector. I believe the fabric is still sturdy enough to wear. But again I don’t know much about vintage peaces
