Vintage Erphila Art Pottery bowl made in Czechoslovakia, featuring a beautiful Art Deco design in ivory, lavender pink and deep cobalt blue.The bowl features an unusual raised embossed relief band with scrolling floral and foliate decoration around the exterior. The lower portion is finished in a beautiful soft lavender/pink glaze with a creamy ivory interior.The underside is clearly marked “ERPHILA” along with an impressed Czechoslovakia pottery mark and additional impressed/handwritten numbers.Erphila pieces were imported by Ebeling & Reuss and are collected today for their distinctive European Art Deco designs.A wonderful piece of vintage Czech decorative pottery, perfect as a display bowl, centerpiece or addition to an Art Deco/Czechoslovakian pottery collection.Vintage condition with age-related wear and imperfections consistent with age.
