Charming collection of 15 vintage French painted metal/lead farm miniatures, including farmers, farm animals and agricultural accessories.
The assortment includes male and female farm figures engaged in various activities, cattle, pig, chickens and small farm implements/accessories, including a wheelbarrow.
Several pieces are clearly marked MADE IN FRANCE, as shown in the photographs.
These appear to be early-to-mid 20th-century French farm miniatures of the type produced for miniature farm sets and displays. Although similar figures were produced by makers such as Quiralu and other French manufacturers, I have not identified a specific maker and am therefore selling the group as maker unknown.
The varied figures make a wonderful ready-made farm scene and would complement collections of vintage lead farm toys, miniature animals, European toy figures or period farm displays.
