Up for sale is a stunning vintage French-style Ormolu filigree jewelry casket. This elegant oval box features thick, curved bevelled glass panels set into a heavily detailed gilt brass/bronze filigree metal frame. The hinged lid opens to reveal a velvet-lined interior base. The box rests on ornate feet.

Condition Notes: Good overall vintage condition with light wear consistent with age. Please note: 3 of the 5 feet have been previously repaired using epoxy/glue on the underside As a result of the repairs, the box sits slightly unevenly on a flat surface, but it remains fully functional and displays beautifully. The glass panels are intact. Velvet base lining shows light age-appropriate patina.
