Vintage Furga Italy 21\" Brunette Doll 1960s/70s Period Gown Made in Italy For Sale

Striking vintage Furga doll from Italy, approximately 21 inches tall, with brunette rooted hair, blue sleep-style eyes and an elaborate white dress with red polka dots, lace trim and tiered skirt. The doll is clearly molded ‘FURGA – MADE IN ITALY’ on the back. She dates from my childhood collection from the early 1970s and has been stored there ever since. I have not identified the exact Furga model or line, so she is being described conservatively rather than assigned an unverified name. The gown is beautifully constructed and appears period-correct; unless otherwise stated, I cannot independently confirm the dress as Furga manufacture.
