Wonderful collection of 18 vintage German miniature wooden farm and village scenery pieces, constructed from natural twig-like wood with rustic painted and stained details.
The assortment includes numerous styles and sizes of fencing, gates and coordinating miniature farm/village accessories. One piece retains a clear GERMANY mark, as shown in the photographs.
This type of rustic wooden scenery was produced in Germany for miniature farm, village and Putz displays during the early-to-mid 20th century and is closely related to the German miniature wooden toy tradition often associated with Erzgebirge production.
I have not identified a specific manufacturer, so I am leaving the maker unattributed rather than assigning the pieces to a particular German workshop.
