Striking vintage silver crucifix pendant with a large sculptural figure of Christ and ornate Baroque-style budded or fleur-de-lis terminals. The crucifix displays attractive dark patina in the recessed areas, emphasizing its hand-finished details and devotional character.The figure of Christ was made separately and applied to the cross. Irregularities, visible tool marks and traditional construction give the piece the appearance of handmade Latin American or Spanish Colonial Revival religious silver. The precise country of origin and age are unknown.The crucifix and chain weigh approximately 17 grams together.
