This mid-century children’s carpentry set includes a red and white lithographed metal toolbox featuring the classic Handy Andy illustration of a boy constructing a doghouse. The inside of the lid retains its colorful original graphics and lettering.
The assortment includes child-size working tools such as hand saws, planes, hammer, screwdriver or file, square, level, ruler, marking gauge, wrench-style tool, nail puller, and additional pieces shown in the photographs. Some tools may be original Handy Andy pieces, while others may have been added over the years. The set is being sold exactly as pictured, and completeness is not guaranteed. The coping saw is missing the blade.
The metal toolbox measures approximately:
