Vintage Italian aneroid barometer with a distinctive industrial/steampunk appearance. Features an Italian-language dial and a hinged outer glass with adjustable red reference/set pointer used to track changes in atmospheric pressure.
The main dial measures approximately 7-1/4 inches across, with the overall width approximately 8 to 8-1/4 inches at the widest point. Solid, well-built metal construction with age-related surface wear and patina as shown. No maker’s mark has been found. Function has not been fully tested.
