This vibrant trompe l'oeil platter features intricately sculpted, hand-painted 3D relief figures framing a large, glossy white coupe center. The decorative dimensional border showcases:

Overall wonderful vintage shape with strong glaze luster and rich colors. No major structural body cracks, hairline fractures, or signs of repair.

There is one small chip / flea bite on the outer rim edge of the blue clam shell (as shown clearly in the close-up macro detail photo). This is quite common for vintage Italian majolica due to the softer nature of the earthenware clay base under the glaze.
