Beautiful vintage Italian paper-mâché/composition nativity figure set, consisting of 8 pieces.
This lot features a traditional collection of hand-painted Italian nativity figures, including Mary, three Wise Men, a shepherd carrying a lamb, a kneeling figure, an ox/cow, and a donkey.
The figures have the distinctive look of vintage Italian nativity pieces, with painted details, green bases, and traditional old-world styling. Each figure is marked ITALY on the bottom. No other maker\'s marks or identifying labels were found.
A great lot for a vintage Christmas collection, Italian nativity display, creche, or collector of vintage papier-mâché figures.
