This is the real deal. We live in a fishing village outside the OBX. This is what the pros have been using for years and years. When we go to local oyster roasts you have to watch your knife because these new touristy type people will steal them. That’s how nice they are. We have others. These usually have some surface rust on the blade. That’s common and only there from a lack of shucking. Put it to work and it will shine right up. Oysters not included. Blade 3 5/8” Total length 8”. This is a really nice size. This is one of the old ones when they were first making them in Japan.
