This is a highly collectible, authentic vintage stoneware Pony figurine designed by legendary Swedish ceramic artist Lisa Larson. This beautiful piece was originally designed in 1978 as part of the celebrated \"Lilla Skansen\" (Small Skansen Zoo) series and manufactured at the historic Gustavsberg factory in Sweden.
Collector\'s Note on Authenticity & Desirability:This particular figurine features the highly sought-after, original vintage Gustavsberg ink backstamp on the unglazed base of the foot, showcasing the distinctive curved capital \"SWEDEN\" text and the iconic Gustavsberg anchor logo. Because production transitioned away from these stamped bases in the early-to-mid 1980s (and later modern reissues use different labels/marks), this stamp firmly dates this piece as an early first-generation vintage run—making it far more desirable to serious mid-century Scandinavian design purists.Product Details:
