Please refer to my pictures for condition and measurements. This was an estate find. This lot was pulled from an upper loft area in an older home and appears to have been stored there for quite some time. I do see quite a bit of dust fragments, storage wear, marks, and general aging throughout the lot.
One of the books I would consider to be in poor condition. The back of the book has holes that extend through the last page and into the cover. You will also notice tears, marks, and wear throughout. I do see underlining and writing in quite a few of the books. Some books do not appear to have any writing, but several of them do. Mostly underlining. Overall, I would say the majority of these books are in fair to acceptable condition, with the one noted book being in poor condition.
Despite the wear, the books are still legible and readable. As mentioned, these were pulled from an upper loft area in an older home, so there is a noticeable storage smell mixed with a somewhat pleasant fragrance scent that is difficult to describe.
