Hello & Thanks for looking at my sales.. You are looking at a : Vintage 1967-72 Marx Johnny West - Best of the West - Movable cowboy Figure set. He is in an Original Marx issue Campfire Box with a Original Equipment Manual, Original Collection Brochure and ALL 36 pieces of Original Marx equipment accessories.
The figure is in Super Great shape. He is a Post-1970 production figure with the extra rivets in the shoulders and hips. The figure and his joints and springs are Tight & Clean with No splits or Cracks or Repairs anywhere. He has some normal figure head paint hair-loss. Mostly on the top like most mid-fifties men do. All joints extremely tight so I didn\'t force the issue of trying to bend them. He stands well on his own but, I would very highly Advise & Recommend you to use a stand to display him in your collection ( If you are planning on doing that ) just to play it safe. Seeing how he is over 50 years old and made of the very fragile with age Caramel poly-plastic. He comes with ALL 36 pieces of his Original Western Cowboy equipment. They are All in Great shape both the vinyl and the hard poly-plastic. ALL pieces are Original Marx issue. The only issue I see with any of them is his Chaps and the locking tassels and locking balls. The Equipment manual is a Original Marx issue and the More Best of the West Collection brochure is also an Original Marx issue. The Manual and the collection brochure are both in Great shape with No Markings,Tears or Repairs. The Box is an Original Marx issue Best of the West Campfire Box both Top & Bottom. Both the Box Top and Bottom have No tears or Repairs. The box top does have some Above the average wear on the top graphics like you often see on this issue box design. It does have some slight crushing here and there along the top sides like you usually find. The main thing that hurts it is the fading of the color on the small front flap and some staining along the sides and small ends. I have enclosed pics for you to be able to see all this.
