The lamp features an exquisite hand-painted porcelain figurine depicting a neoclassical seated lady or goddess paired with a playful young cherub (putti). Next to her rests a beautifully detailed book, resting on a beautifully textured miniature landscape base highlighted with green florets and gold trim.
The porcelain sculpture sits gracefully upon a decorative brass-tone metal gallery stand supported by three intricate, sculpted metal cherub figures. Below this is an elegant, wide filigree-pierced metal base that gives the piece excellent stability and a majestic presence.
