Minolta AL-F
35mm Film Rangefinder Camera
Minolta Rokkor 38mm f/2.7 Lens, Seiko Shutter
The Minolta AL-F is a classic 35mm rangefinder camera introduced in the late 1960s, sought after by film enthusiasts for its compact form factor and high-quality Rokkor optics. It features a Seiko shutter and Minolta\'s proprietary \"Easy Flash\" system, which was designed to simplify flash photography by coupling the aperture to the focus distance. This mechanical precision tool offers a bright viewfinder with a superimposed rangefinder patch, making it an excellent choice for street photography and everyday vintage shooting.
• Fixed Minolta Rokkor 38mm f/2.7 prime lens with Seiko shutter system
• Integrated rangefinder for manual focusing and automated \"Easy Flash\" exposure
• Includes protective black leatherette half-case and original neck strap
• Fully mechanical film advance and rewind with top-mounted controls
Condition: The camera has been tested and is fully functional. The shutter fires correctly, the film advance lever and rewind mechanism operate smoothly, and the light meter responds to changes in light. The lens elements are clear and free of fungus or haze. The battery compartment is clean and free of corrosion. Cosmetically, the body shows light surface scuffing and minor wear on the top and bottom plates consistent with age. The included case shows moderate wear but remains functional.
