NOTES:
1. Early solid state design that uses tube amp topology with output matching transformers 2. Defective components were replaced to restore functionality 3. Power Supply filter caps replaced with new caps that are more than 2X larger 4. New PS caps provide more than 2X improvement in dynamic power & improved bass response 5. Dial bulbs and indicator bulbs replaced as required 6. Tuner string repaired and FM tuner aligned to dial indicator 7. AM tuner aligned close but not exact, e.g., 1070 comes in around 1020, etc. 8. Both tuners adjusted and sensitivity is good 9. AM bar antenna connection issue was repaired 10. Red LED illumination added to the tuner dial needle for improved brightness and appearance 11. All of the electrolytic caps around the Nikko pre-amp input module replaced with new, low ESR caps 12. Fixed bias design (in the amp) that eliminates visible crossover distortion up to 15 kHz 13. Power output of right channel at 1 kHz into 8 Ohms at clip is 25.6 W RMS & 25.9 W RMS for the left channel 14. All controls and switches chemically cleaned
