In good shape! Has some little flaws with the lights. The top doesn't get much light as you can see. Few chips on the underside of the tree and base(see photos). Will ship with the lightbulb but i do not know how much life it has left in it. Also I'm not sure how the cord is supposed to run out of the base, it has to lean on the cord while plugged in which creates a little instability.
