A genuine piece of 1980s-era medical gear: the Olympus GIF Type Q10 fiberoptic gastroscope, from the era before video endoscopes took over. It has the U/D/L/R angulation controls, an eyepiece with blue diopter ring, two valve buttons, a depth-marked insertion tube, and the light guide connector with a visible serial number (2514295). It all rides in its fitted hard case.
Also in the case: a water bottle cap with tubing and quick connector, a CW-3 tubing set, and an Olympus MB-358 in its original bag (item GX0283). A great find for collectors of medical history, display, prop or set dressing, or as a parts donor for another Olympus fiberscope.
