Vintage Parker 21 from when they used to be Made in the USA. The grip goes all the way down to the tip of the nib, making this a very comfortable writer. The rubber filler on this is in great condition, which is usually the first place age starts to show. Not sure what size nib, but I would call it a Western F, Japanese M.
