Rare vintage **Parker Insignia twist-action ballpoint pen** finished in **Green Chinese Lacquer / Moiré** with **Red Chinese Character script engraving** and gold-plated trim. Stamped *\"PARKER MADE IN U.S.A.\"* around the center gold band. Note other than slight wear on lacquer pen is in great condition / very lightly used.
Includes a black presentation display box.
