His pieces can only be found in estate collections and very high end shops. This is ypor chance to own a Paul Flato piece for very little. This piece is very well designed by Paul Flato. It is spring loaded to pop into place when opened and the springs work very well. It is in good pre owned condition for its age. It is marked "Sterling, Patent Pend."
