Nine piece pewter grouping in the colonial revival taste, sold together as one lot. It includes a pair of baluster stem candlesticks about 9 inches tall on stepped round bases, a chamberstick with a finger ring and a wide drip pan roughly 4 inches across, a large fluted bowl about 12 to 13 inches across with a braided gadroon rim, a handled mug, a small creamer with a pinched spout, a covered style bottle coaster about 3.5 inches across with the original cork disc in the bottom, a small plate or salver about 5 inches across, and a wood handled porringer or brandy warmer with a turned dark wood handle. Everything has an even soft gray patina. Honest wear throughout: the big bowl has scattered brown spotting inside and out, both small pitchers show surface pitting and spotting, the candlestick bases are darkened, and the chamberstick finger ring is slightly bent. No cracks, splits or missing parts. No maker touchmarks were found on the visible surfaces. A handsome mantel, hutch or Thanksgiving table grouping that sells as a set rather than piece by piece.
