All are used. I have not tested any of them. There is no reason however for you to think that they do not. I purchased these used, here, this site long ago to compliment some of my old electric buggies. I am less interested in electrics, and I\'m more invested in nitro. Everything old is new again. No returns due to the nature of the hobby. No warranty expressed nor implied. Check out some my other stuff, I add some as I get time but I will not sell everything. I do however have multiples of many items.
