This is a 1982 Seiko TV Watch, specifically the T001 model, which was famously featured in the James Bond film Octopussy. Recognized by Guinness World Records in 1984 as the smallest television in the world, the watch required a separate external receiver and antenna to display live television signals on its 1.2-inch LCD screen.
